মনোরম বর্ষাকালের আগমন, মেঘের আড়ালে ঢাকা সূর্য, অনেকের মনেই আনন্দের জোয়ার নিয়ে আসে, যারা বৃষ্টির মধ্যে আনন্দ উদযাপনের সুযোগের জন্য অধীর আগ্রহে অপেক্ষা করে। তবে এর সমস্ত আকর্ষণের পাশাপাশি, বৃষ্টি কিছু চ্যালেঞ্জ বা সমস্যাও নিয়ে আসে। বারোমাসি ট্রাফিক জ্যাম, গর্তে ভরা রাস্তাঘাট, যত্রতত্র পড়ে থাকা আবর্জনার স্তূপ এবং পানিবাহিত রোগের প্রাদুর্ভাবের কথা চিন্তা করুন। এই সময়ে ঠাণ্ডা এবং কাশির মতো ভাইরাসজনিত সংক্রমণও ব্যাপকভাবে দেখা যায়।
